Case Studies

BIRA

BIRA is a leading Indian Beer brand making success into international markets. It is the official sponsor of ICC T20 Cricket World Cup.

BIRA was looking for an application which has stunning UX and which provides an immersive experience to the customers. Spurtree (In liaison with an external agency) has worked upon defining the user journeys and elaborating user journey mapping to make the application as user friendly as possible.

In addition to the mobile application, Spurtree has also built an OCR functionality leveraging Amazon Textract. This is integrated with the admin panel wherein admin can process the bills.

Caring Pharmacy

Caring Pharmacy is a Malaysian company which sells healthcare and personal care related products of different brands.

The UI was designed after going through user journey and user personas.
It has been integrated with the Loyalty point system where customers can earn points during registration & on purchase (Online). Customers can redeem these points by redemptions against rewards.

Application also works as a health companion for the user by providing functionalities as Pill Reminder, Medication History etc.

Genting

Genting Highlands and Johar Banu are sprawling super shopping malls in Malaysia.

Spurtree was tasked with the implementation of a feature rich mobile application which is informative and provides an immersive experience to the customers.

In addition to being a loyalty application, this application also provides features like Navigation support, In-store promotions (With the help of beacon technology) and personalized promotions.
